On-call, as needed support time, for customers without pre-purchased support time is $75.00 per hour. Response time based on the priority customer's needs and the availability of staff.

Hours can be pre-purchased by qualified companies for as low as $55 per hour in blocks of 176 hours. Response time for all pre-paid customers is two hours or less. In the event we do not make the two hour visit, the fee for the first two hours of support is waved.
